For more of a concentrated highlight, apply after foundation on the cheekbones, the brow bone, and the decolletage and blend.
Using the Foundation Kabuki Brush, mix one pump into your Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer and apply all over the face, blending in circular motion. When applying after foundation, use the Blender Brush to apply on the cheekbones, brow bone, and decolletage for a more focused highlight.
